Stephen Padilla is a seasoned commercial insurance professional serving Arizona’s business community, currently working as a Co-Owner and Senior Executive Producer at Leavitt Group of Northern Arizona. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Stephen specializes in helping small and mid‑sized companies navigate the complex world of commercial insurance, employee benefits, workers’ compensation, risk management, and more.

Outside the office, Stephen lives the same values he brings to his work—discipline, teamwork, and consistency. He coaches youth basketball, plays regularly himself, and enjoys golf, hiking, and staying active outdoors. He recently completed his first marathon in Mexico, a personal milestone that reflects his belief in showing up, putting in the work, and going the distance—in life and in business.
