About George
“Do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do” has always been my mantra. I started in the insurance industry back in 1988 working for AON (Combined Insurance Company of America) as an agent. I rose through the ranks as sales manager, territory manager, and district manager in Idaho and Montana.
In 1999, I moved to a local property & casualty agency for a few years. After gaining some valuable experience in the P&C world, I decided to start my own agency in 2001, Enterprise Insurance Services in Idaho Falls, where I focused on outdoor recreation insurance products as well as other lines of insurance. In 2020, we merged our office with Leavitt Group, where I continue to focus on outdoor recreation insurance for RV parks, outfitters and guides, lodges, resorts, and other commercial insurance risks.
My clients appreciate working with me because I am easy to get along with and am always available to help when needed. Good communication is important to a successful agent/client relationship and I work hard to do it well.
I’m a recipient of the Grand Diamond Award with AON and graduated from the CICA School of Insurance in 1988.

I grew up in Jerome, Idaho on a 300-cow dairy farm. I left the dairy in 1988 and never looked back. In 1999, I moved to Idaho Falls and continue to make my home there with my wife of 40 years. We have three adult children and nine grandchildren. I love being in the outdoors, especially if I’m hunting, fishing, camping, or snowmobiling.
