Dan Figueroa

I started my insurance career right after transferring to CSUMB from Hartnell College in 2020. I worked at a Farmers Insurance agency while I attended school full-time until graduating with a bachelor’s in business administration in 2022. I was born and raised in our beautiful Salinas Valley and intend to stay here for years to come.

I am dually licensed and have experience with managing and writing personal lines, commercial, and life insurance policies. I was also a Senior Field Property Claims Adjuster for Farmers Insurance, where I learned about the claims process, writing estimates in working with contractors. I am excited about the opportunity to enhance my skill set, take on new challenges and work with the Employee Benefits team.

Prior to working at Leavitt, I was a Banker at Wells Fargo, where I helped individuals grow and protect their wealth. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish. Outside of work I enjoy off-roading in my Jeep TJ, mountain biking, trying new restaurants and moviegoing.
