About Joe

I have been in sales for almost 20 years and at LCCIS for nine years. Ethics and caring are the backbone of my work. In every situation I strive to build relationships, be as transparent as possible, and do the right thing.

As a property and casualty insurance advisor, I like to learn about my client’s operations so I can make sure they have proper coverage in all areas. I take a wholistic approach to insurance and have numerous resources and services to help my clients protect their assets, so they can do what they do best.

I focus on workers comp and use extensive market access to find premium savings, as well as offering claims management, safety training, analysis reports, and experience modification projections.

I have my Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation and am a member of the Salinas Valley Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Monterey County. I also have my Associate of Arts in Physical Education from Gavilan Community College.

I grew up in the south bay of Santa Clara County and moved down toward the heart of the Central Coast. I love our community’s diversity and that we have so much access to beautiful outdoor surroundings. My wonderful wife and I have three boys and we love watching them grow and achieve their goals. I also enjoy playing basketball at open gyms and city league, hiking at Pinnacles National Park and other area trails, going to sporting events, and the occasional cigar.
