About Vanessa

Vanessa comes from a large, hardworking family. Early on, they encouraged her to work towards a career where she could make a difference in other people’s lives. While attending Santa Barbara City College, she started working for a medical group processing claims. This is where she found her passion for the health care and customer service industry.

Vanessa was employed by an insurance carrier when she found BB&H Benefit Designs. She was hired at BB&H in 2006 and knew right away that she had found her forever home with a team committed to serving their clients’ every need.

Vanessa is a proud mother of four amazing children and one beautiful, special needs granddaughter. She is a strong advocate of parents with special needs children and the Down Syndrome Association.
