About Allison

I have over 10 years of customer service experience, primarily in human resources and recruiting, which has given me a strong passion for helping people and creating positive experiences.

I was drawn to Leavitt Group Southwest because of the genuine care, time, and effort they dedicate to both clients and their employees. As an account manager, I’m committed to assisting every customer with professionalism, empathy, and my absolute best effort.

I grew up in Yuma, Arizona in a small close-knit family and moved to Tucson in 2009. I'm an old soul who enjoys crocheting, embroidery, and reading in my free time. My favorite way to unwind is listening to classic oldies and spending time with my husband and two cats.
