About J. Miles

J. Miles Naylor is currently working as a producer for the Starley-Leavitt Agency in Twin Falls, Idaho. Miles is a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he received his B.A. in Recreation Management with an emphasis in Experience Management.

During college Miles worked in several sales, customer service, and hospitality related jobs. Straight out of college, Miles was accepted into Marriott International's one-year leadership training program, the Voyage. During this opportunity Miles obtained a more solid experience in leadership and hands-on management.

At the end of the Voyage program, Miles was offered the position of Regional Manager with ToyTown, a specialty toy store located in Twin Falls, Boise, and Meridian, Idaho, which he accepted and moved back to his hometown. As a regional manager, Miles helped standardize the policies and procedures of the business and develop training programs for all staff levels.

He is also the owner of NayV Fireworks, a seasonal stand that operates during the 4th of July holiday. In his spare time Miles enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing games with friends and family, and seeking adventure in the outdoors.
